Return Policy

You may evaluate all GEO5 programs for free by downloading the GEO5 demo version. The GEO5 demo version is virtually fully functional in terms of analysis and design. Many solved sample files are provided with the demo version to make the evaluation easier. This evaluation of GEO5 programs can be performed at no cost, and before ordering any of GEO5 programs. We will provide limited support for your GEO5 evaluation using the GEO5 demo version. The full support is provided for the existing GEO5 users subscribed to the Annual Maintenance

Orders paid with a check or a wire are refunded 100% if conditions listed below are met.

For orders paid with a credit card we provide the refund reduced by 3% of the total payment. The 3% charge of a full payment is imposed by a third party which performs the credit card payment processing, before the payment reaches Gintegro. Therefore, Gintegro shall not refund what it has not received.

Additionally, the following conditions must be met:

a) the refund is requested within twenty (20) calendar days since the license key is delivered to you. The software key is delivered to the email address and hardlock key to the mail address you provided at the time of purchase.

b) the licensing key must be received by Gintegro with seven (7) business days since the refund was requested.

  • the hardware key must be mailed back to Gintegro's mailing address
  • software key must be deposited to the online repository (here is how).

c) you must provide a reason in the email for requiring the refund.
Because you may evaluate virtually all functionality relative to the analysis and design with the GEO5 demo version before placing an order, you need to elaborate on why you would like to return the software. If you do not provide the reason for requesting the refund, we reserve the right not to issue the refund.

The refund will be issued if/when all of the above conditions are met within indicated timeframes.

A software license key (token) is commonly delivered to users within 24 hours of the order, and a hardware license key (dongle) is commonly delivered within 2 to 4 business days of the order. Either case is commonly confirmed via email.

Gintegro reserves the right not to sell you again the GEO5 program(s) you had requested a refund for in the future.

Example 1 - Software key (token):

You ordered a GEO5 program on the 1st of the month. Once a token is delivered to you via email you provided during the online order, the 20-calendar day countdown starts. Suppose you received the token on the 2nd of the month. You need to request the refund by the 21st of the month, providing the reason, via email, for requesting the refund. The token needs to be returned to the online repository with 7 calendar days since the refund is requested.

Example 2 - Hardware key (dongle):

You ordered a GEO5 program on the 1st of the month. Once the dongle is delivered to you in the mail, the 20-calendar day countdown starts. Suppose you received the dongle on the 4th of the month.  You need to request the refund by the 24th of the month, and you need to elaborate the reasons, via email, why you are requesting the refund because you could evaluate any GEO5 before placing the order. Gintegro needs to receive the dongle back by mail within 7 calendar days since the refund is requested.
